RE / VEIDRIK / Odious Wretch The Sangamon tracks from the compilation really jumped out and I was hoping to hear more material. This does not disappoint. Not my usual cup of tea but I'm a fan nonetheless. Favorite track: Opposition Tactics.

Minimal electronic hardware exercises played in naivety and sincerity. These are not polished, dance floor ready tracks drowned in DAW magic. This is simple, gritty, movement based music. Reflections on living in a violent city; music to keep your head on a swivel to, tracks to keep the paranoia up. These are the sounds you hear in your head when coming down off of various substances on an early morning train ride back home, while the world around you greets the day with fresh faces and judgmental eyes. The sweaty, uncomfortable, jaw clenching moments when the bleeps and bloops from the club still ring softly in your head somehow, mixing with the industrial sounds of the city, music from passing cars, nature, and every other sonic reminder that you're off your fucking head.
